2010 CAA Football Preseason Camp Update — 8.19

Delaware Head Coach K.C. Keeler announced two coaching staff additions…one earlier this week and another just yesterday. Former Delaware standout David Boler returns to the Blue Hens staff as a tight ends coach. Andy Marino was also hired to the Delaware staff as an offensive Graduate Assistant. The Blue Hens are slated to have their second scrimmage of the fall preseason this morning beginning at 10 a.m.

James Madison caught up with Head Coach Mickey Matthews after Wednesday practice and got a quick interview. Long Snapper Chris Beaver also chimed in on a video interview from Wednesday.

Massachusetts posted a feature video from WWLP (Springfield, Mass.) on Jamar Smith. Watch that below.

New Hampshire and UMass, in conjunction with Gillete Stadium announced the title of the teams’ conference game to be played at Gillete, Oct. 23. The game will be billed as the “Colonial Clash”. Rhode Island updated its Training Camp Central page with a short recap of Wednesday practice and also included a video recap.

Richmond held its 2010 Media Day event Wednesday. You can see a full rundown of the event on the Spiders Training Camp Central page, presented by NTelos Wireless. Included on the page is a blanket recap of the day, a photo gallery from the event as well as a photo gallery of the football team helping UR freshmen during moving day, two audio clips from local radio station interviews and a handful of videos.
