2010 CAA Football Weekly Roundup – 9.24

Week 4 is a couple days away, but before we get to gameday scroll down to checkout the happenings in CAA Football this past week.  Below is press conference footage, preview videos and even some recap videos from last weekend’s action.

This weekend is Coach to Cure MD weekend and you will probably see a number of CAA Football coaches on the sideline wearing a patch on their sleeve to promote awareness for the event.  Click here to learn more about the weekend and how you can help our coaches raise money for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy research.

Delaware will hit the road for the first time this season when it face Richmond.  Blue Hens defensive tackle Siddiq Haynes was recently named to the AFCA Good Works Team for his achievements away from the football field.  Click here to read the Delaware release for Haynes.  More information on Haynes’ honor can be found on the AFCA website as well.

Take a look at James Madison’s weekly media/fan press conference with head coach Mickey Matthews.  The Dukes will take on in-state foe Liberty this weekend at home.

Massachusetts previews Saturday’s contest at Stony Brook below as part of the UMass Football Weekly TV show.  The Minutemen also did a short video feature on captain Emil Igwenagu.  Watch both of those videos below.

New Hampshire caught up with head coach Sean McDonnell to get some insight into this weekend’s contest against Lehigh.  Take a look below.

The Spiders opened their new on-campus stadium last week with an overtime-win over Elon.  The videos below capture the pregame action as well as some of the on-the-field action from the Spiders’ new home…Robins Stadium.

William and Mary posted two videos from its weekly press conference Monday with head coach Jimmye Laycock and selected players.  Get caught up on the Tribe and its work in getting ready for Maine.
