It’s Official: Welcome UAlbany and Stony Brook

Jul 1, 2013, 8:45 AM EDT

While announcements of the additions of UAlbany and Stony Brook to CAA Football were made in August, with the turning of the calendar to July 1 we’re now proud to officially welcome the Great Danes and Seawolves to the league. Both programs enter CAA Football with proven resumes and will undoubtedly add to the depth of what many call the nation’s most competitive FCS conference.

With the new guys now official, how about we take some time to get to know them a little better? Click on the infographics below to learn more about UAlbany and SBU both as programs and as schools. Don’t worry, there’ll be no test afterwards. However, you may want to pay close attention for when we launch our trivia series in August. And hey, if nothing else, you’ll be the smartest guy or gal at your tailgate this fall!
